Fighting the losing battle.

Sometimes, when you are fighting a fight you know you can not win, the prospects of your predicament should you give up and lose, are still worse than being in the fight itself. There is joy in independence. There is joy in the fight, even if it serves to only delay the inevitable.

Losing isn't always bad, if you learn from it. All fights are not worth fighting for, smart people pick their battles. If one knows it's inevitable, they move on, unless the pricipal is so lofty. One has to weight their options to determine the big picture.

I wish you would continue the fight with your AIM status notification. Don't quit, it's sometimes the only way I know to find out if you're online. C'mon champ...get back in there!
